The demands of the job can be overwhelming and can lead to burnout, which can affect both the quality of care provided to patients and the well-being of healthcare professionals themselves. Nursing theories encourage the reconnection within ourselves so that we can better connect and serve our patients. In this workshop we provide tools and techniques that can help healthcare professionals recenter and align themselves within.
